<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body which includes an instrument for measuring a water level state of nuclear reactor cooling water or the like and can run inside a nuclear power facility. <P>SOLUTION: In a water level measuring device, a sensor is mounted by using a rotatable column support to which a lateral pole is mounted, and a position where the sensor can be put into water can be selected.
