<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air fence for preventing the derailment/overturn accident of a railroad train caused by a strong wind, in particular, by effectively utilizing a train wind which is generated with traveling of the railroad train. <P>SOLUTION: An air fence forming apparatus comprises a train wind take-in section 1 which is installed in the vicinity of a railroad track, a duct 2 through which the train wind taken in by the train wind take-in section passes, and an exhaust section 3 which exhausts the train wind passed through the duct 2. The train wind generated with traveling of a railroad train flows into the train wind take-in section 1, passes through the duct 2 and is exhausted from the exhaust section 3. In the case where a cross wind (natural wind) is blowing from a track outside direction toward the railroad train, the natural wind is weakened by the exhausted wind exhausted from the exhaust section 3, so that the power of a wind acting on the railroad train 11 to overturn the railroad train 11 becomes weaker than the power in the case of only the natural wind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
