摘要 The disclosed invention relates to an electrolyte impregnating testing device of a secondary battery, and a method thereof. The electrolyte impregnating testing device of the secondary battery comprises: a sensor unit which senses whether or not a residue is included in a cell in which an electrolyte is injected; a storage unit which stores sensing data when residue is not included in the cell in which the electrolyte is injected; a poor impregnation confirmation unit which confirms a poor impregnated cell by comparing sensing data inputted from the sensor unit with the sensing data stored in the storage unit; a retest unit which confirms fair quality of the poor impregnated cell moved to a standby line; and a control unit which controls transfer of each cell performing an electrolyte injecting process, sensing of residue and confirming the poor impregnated cell, transfer of the standby line of the poor impregnated cell, retesting of the poor impregnated cell, and transmitting of a work line of a cell determined to have fair quality according to a retest. The electrolyte impregnating testing method is provided to fix the poor impregnated cell, reduce an error rate, and automate a poor impregnation test, thereby efficiently arranging workers for a secondary battery producing process.
