The present invention relates to an air filter for a hot and cold water dispenser. The air filter according to the present invention installs a water proofing sheet on the upper surface of an air filter body to allow air to pass through, but to block water not to be flowed into the air filter body in use, and thus prevents a filter layer from being damaged by being wet, thereby being able to extend a service life of the air filter and to reuse a product after removing water in which the filter layer is flooded. The air filter for a hot and cold water dispenser is installed on an air inlet, formed at one portion of a cover supporting a water bottle, and filters foreign substances contained in outside air. The air filter comprises: the air filter body which is inserted into the air inlet, and in which passing holes, which allows outside air to pass through, are formed through the center thereof; the filter layer which is installed while crossing the passing holes of the air filter body, and filters contaminants contained in air passing through the passing holes; an air filter cap which is detachably coupled to the opened upper surface of the air filter body, and in which at least one connection hole, connected to the passing hole, is formed through the center thereof; and a water proofing sheet which is inserted between the air filter body and the air filter cap, and blocks water inflow but allows outside air to pass through the passing holes while covering the upper surface of the passing holes of the air filter body. |
