<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for non-emulsion type hair dressing agents capable of well spreading and penetrating on hair, dressing hair without stickiness, and excellently regressing hair in comparison with a conventional non-emulsion type hair dressing agent containing a film-forming agent and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for non-emulsion type hair dressing agents includes: (A) silicic anhydride and/or hydrophobized silicic anhydride; (B) polyhydric alcohol; and (C) a polysaccharide thickener.
