<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively protect a device, a pipe or the like with a high shock-absorbing function generated by a shock-absorbing gas layer covering the device, the pipe or the like, secure and facilitate visual check of the situation of the device or the like from the outside while providing high workability and allowing advantageous execution in terms of a storage space and a cost. <P>SOLUTION: An inner protection bag 2 made of a transparent synthetic resin film, which is joined in a bag shape while forming a housing space 1 capable of being externally attached to the device, the pipe or the like A installed in a protruding manner, is joined to an outer protection bag 4 made of a transparent synthetic resin film while forming a shock-absorbing gas filling space 3 for filling a gas with the outer surface and the bottom portion of the inner protection bag 2.
