<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a stress generating within a valve case of a steam turbine at a quick start.SOLUTION: A steam valve 1C for controlling a steam flow into a steam turbine, includes a valve body, a valve case 6 provided inside with a valve seat onto which the valve body contacts, and a heating steam piping 30 bifurcated from a steam passage upstream of a steam valve. The heating steam piping 30 bypasses along a surface of the valve case 6. Thanks to the steam valve 1C, steam flowing in a steam piping upstream of the steam valve heats at least a part of the valve case 6 via the heating steam piping 30.</p> |
