摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a device for measuring air usage of an air jet loom and, more specifically, relates to a device for measuring air usage of an air jet loom comprising: a first sensor part (1) which composes a first thermistor (102) that is a device for a circuit wherein an electric resistance is prominently reduced in accordance with a rise of the temperature, and which measures the temperature of the air passing through an air flow pipe (4) installed at an inlet of the air flow pipe (4) wherein the air is suppled to an air loom from a compressor; a second sensor part (2) integrally composed of a heat generating measure (203) to generate heat by supplying electric power and a second thermistor (202) that is a device for a circuit wherein electric resistance is prominently reduced in accordance with a rise of the temperature, and installed at an outlet of the air flow pipe (4) wherein the air is supplied to the air jet loom from the compressor to determine the temperature cooled by the air passing the air flow pipe (4) after heating by the heat generating measure (203); and a CPU (3) which calculates the quantity of the air passing through the air flow pipe (4) in accordance with the cooling temperature of the second sensor part (3) using signals transmitted from the first sensor part (1) and the second sensor part (3) to measure the actual usage of the air required for the operation of the air jet loom enabling an efficient control of the operation of the compressor to supply compressed air to the air jet loom using the measured values, thereby achieving an efficient operation of the compressor and reducing fabric production costs.
