摘要 The present invention relates to a defect diagnosis module using wireless transmission and reception applied to a machining center, provided to smoothly determine and operate by having a sensor to detect a movement of a moving pin during an inspection for a presence or absence of an omission of a groove processing of a product processed through the machining center and a position of a groove bore, and processing a shape to allow inspection for the presence or absence of an omission of a groove processing and a groove bore with a single inspecting member in real time during production; to prevent various situations with a defect; to prevent a large quantity defect lot of products; and to stabilize quality and minimize economic loss. The defect diagnosis module of the present invention comprises: a tool body fixated on a chuck mounted on a tool holder of the machining center with a penetrating hole inside, installation spaces on both sides of the penetrating hole, and a long hole in between both installation spaces; an operating axis inserted into the penetrating hole of the tool body to have an elastic spring on one end located in a chuck, an inserting groove on an other end, and a hole on a center; an inspecting member fastened and fixated on the inserting groove of the operating axis to inspect the presence or absence of processing of the groove for a processed product and the bore; a moving pin inserted into the long hole of the tool body and the hole of the operating axis to move along the operating axis; and a sensor substrate placed in an installation space of one side of the tool body to detect a moving distance of the moving pin.
