Disclosed is a structure to fixate an insulation panel of a cargo tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixating structure comprises: a hollow coupling shaft inserted into a bolt penetration hole formed on a reinforcing panel, surrounding an inner surface of the bolt penetration hole for a stud bolt to penetrate; an upper coupling member including an elastic cover extending outwards and inclined downwards from an upper end of the coupling shaft to contact with the reinforcing panel; and a lower coupling member supporting a lower surface of the reinforcing panel, and coupled with the coupling shaft. The stud bolt penetrates the coupling shaft and protrudes on the elastic cover. A nut assembled with the stud bolt is installed to press the elastic cover.
