The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing antibodies against sucrase-isomaltase, and to antibodies against the sucrase-isomaltase prepared thereby. The present invention also relates to a kit for diagnosing one or more among diabetes mellitus, obesity, and cacochylia comprising the antibodies against the sucrase-isomaltase. In addition, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing one or more among the diabetes mellitus, the obesity, and the cacochylia comprising the antibodies against the sucrase-isomaltase as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the antibodies: can be prepared by selecting a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody depending upon a research purpose; and can be prepared for various research purposes such as Western blotting, an ELISA kit, column preparation, and the like, or used for a pharmaceutical composition. |
