摘要 The present invention relates to a multi-weldment clamping jig for electron-beam welding which installs a plurality of weldments on an integrated jig in a vacuum chamber of an electron-beam welding machine, maintains a balance, and controls a rotation speed of the weldments to fix the weldments to uniformly weld the weldments and minimize deformation. The multi-weldment clamping jig for electron-beam welding comprises a plate, and a drive body and a first moving body installed on the plate. The drive body and the first moving body are installed on an upper portion of the plate and separated from each other. The drive body is installed on a middle of the upper portion of the plate. The drive body comprises a pair of support units separated from each other, a first main body installed between the support units, and a jig unit accommodated in the first main body and provided with a first clamp and a gear unit disposed on both ends thereof and exposed to the outside of the first main body. The jig clamps a plurality of weldments to install the plurality of weldments in the vacuum chamber of the electron-beam welding machine to provide work efficiency for welding the weldments in the vacuum chamber of the electron-beam welding machine. A tailstock fixes one end of the weldments clamped by the jig unit on the jig to allow for welding while maintaining a balance or cylindricity. The rotational speed is controlled to rotate the weldments fixed on the jig units and the tailstock to uniformly weld the weldments and prevent deformation.
