<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of powder drop when conveying a powder container from a discharge place by eliminating powder attached and left at a fitting part between an on-off valve and an elevating body or an outlet portion, in an outlet opening and closing device performing an elevation opening and closing operation by fitting the elevating body to the on-off valve of the outlet of the powder container. <P>SOLUTION: This outlet opening and closing device (2) comprises: an on-off valve (8) of a hollow conical shape provided inside an outlet (6) of a powder container (4); a valve opening and closing means (12) for elevating and opening and closing the on-off valve (8) by separably fitting an elevating body (10) having a conical outer surface to the on-off valve (8); and a cleaning means (14) for jetting cleaning air from the elevating body (10) toward the on-off valve (8) when separating the fitted on-off valve (8) and the elevating body (10) from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
