The present invention provides a method for preparing a silica-polybutadiene composite material which comprises the following steps: preparing polybutadiene modified with a waste vegetable oil (step 1); and adding the polybutadiene modified with the waste vegetable oil and silica to an organic solvent (step 2). The silica-polybutadiene composite material according to the present invention modifies the polybutadiene with the waste vegetable oil, and thus improves affinity with the silica. As described above, the method for preparing the silica-polybutadiene composite material of the present invention adds the polybutadiene, modified with the waste vegetable oil, and the silica to the organic solvent and stirs the same, and thus more uniformly disperses the silica. The obtained silica-polybutadiene composite material is capable of: reducing emission of carbon dioxide by using the waste vegetable oil; and improving physical properties of the composite material by the uniformly dispersed silica. |
