PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the progresses of clogging in a plurality of particulate filters, make uniform the progresses of regeneration in the particulate filters, and alleviate the risk of breaking the particulate filters due to excessive heat load.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine filter device comprises: a first buffer tank 100; a plurality of filter containers 200; and particulate filters 300 contained in the respective filter containers, a first throttle portion 400 being provided in an exhaust gas inlet 110 of the first buffer tank, the first buffer tank 100 communicating with each filter container, a second throttle portion 500 throttling the exhaust gas from the first buffer tank being provided in each exhaust gas outlet 120, an inlet-side space 230 being formed in each filter container, and the inlet-side space of each filter container being connected to a second buffer tank. |
