PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting current lead through which a large current is made to flow by suitably connecting a superconducting wire and a metal electrode and has high reliability.SOLUTION: A superconducting current lead 10 includes: a tape-shaped superconducting wire 11 formed by sequentially laminating an intermediate layer 112, a superconducting layer 113, and a stabilization layer 114 on a metal substrate 111; first and second electrodes 12-1, 12-2 joined to both ends of the superconducting wire 11; and a reinforcement member 14 in which a lead body including the superconducting wire 11 and the first and second electrodes 12-1, 12-2 is housed in a state being positioned so as to have a predetermined anode-cathode distance. A plurality of superconducting wires 11 are electrically connected to the electrodes 12-1, 12-2 via unit terminals 101-1, 101-2 connected integrally to both ends in an electrically conductive manner. |
