PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute power control for more flexibly responding to a user's request.SOLUTION: A power controller for performing power control using power discharged from a storage battery system includes a setting unit for setting ratios for a plurality of power control modes such as an economy mode, ecology mode, disaster preparation mode, and DR mode. The power controller calculates, according to the ratios, target transmission/reception electric energy to be a target in executing actual power control, from mode transmission/reception electric energy that is a target in each of the plurality of power control modes and varies every day, and performs power control on the basis of the target transmission/reception electric energy. The power controller also calculates, according to the ratios, a target charge amount to be a target value of a charge amount of power storage means in executing actual power control, from a mode charge amount that is a target value of the charge amount of the power storage means and is determined for each of the plurality of power control modes, and charges power to the storage battery system on the basis of the target charge amount. |
