PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business consignment configuration which is attractive for an orderer or an order receiver.SOLUTION: An estimation device includes: a presentation part; a reception part; and an estimation part. The presentation part presents an object related to a requested business requested by an orderer and the product of the requested business to an order receiver. The reception part receives reaction information related to the reaction of the order receiver to the object and product presented by the presentation part. The estimation part estimates a request intention indicating the intention of the orderer in the requested business on the basis of the reaction information received by the reception part.
