PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device that reduces deflection of a screw shaft even when an excessive load is applied to the screw shaft.SOLUTION: A ball screw device 1 comprises: a screw shaft 10 having a surface in which a spiral groove 11 is formed; and bearings 20 that support a bearing installation part 10a formed at an end part of the ball screw 10. The screw shaft 10 comprises a screw shaft body part 10A, a nut 10B, and an adapter 10C. The screw shaft body part 10A comprises the first spiral groove 11 and a second spiral groove 12. The adapter 10C comprises a fourth spiral groove 14, the bearing installation part 10a, and a step part 13. The second spiral groove 12 is screwed into the nut 10B and the fourth spiral groove 14. An axial end surface 13a of the step part 13 is in contact with inner rings 21 of the bearings 20. |
