PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin seal sheet which holds resin seal sheet's basic performances (e.g. having flexibility and suffering no cell cracking), and which is capable of effectively suppressing PID phenomenon when incorporated in a solar battery.SOLUTION: A resin seal sheet comprises: 2 or more layers including a surface layer; and an interior layer. The surface layer includes at least one resin selected from a group consisting of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, and an ethylene -aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic ester copolymer. In the surface layer, an ethylene monomer content is 80 mass% or more of the resin forming the surface layer. The surface layer and the interior layer are formed by different resins. |
