PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle that can drive a cycle of cooling fluid with good performance by controlling a water refrigerant condenser and a water refrigerant evaporator to have an appropriate water flow rate.SOLUTION: This air conditioner for a vehicle includes: a first water refrigerant heat exchanger 11; a second water refrigerant heat exchanger 12; a first bypass passage that is branched from midstream of a cooling fluid passage leading from a cooling section 40 of a heat generating component of the vehicle toward the second water refrigerant heat exchanger 12 and enables communication with a cooling fluid passage upstream of the first water refrigerant heat exchanger 11; and a second bypass passage that is branched from midstream of a cooling fluid passage leading from a heater core 44 toward the first water refrigerant heat exchanger 11 and enables communication with a cooling fluid passage downstream of the first water refrigerant heat exchanger 11. A section from a downstream end to midstream of the first bypass passage and a section from midstream to an upstream end of the second bypass passage are used as a common passage.
