PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of discharging contamination flowing into the lightened portion of a cam portion.SOLUTION: An eccentric member 6 includes a reception hole rotatably receiving cam portions 5 supporting a pinion shaft 7, inner teeth 6b engaged with outer teeth 7a of the pinion shaft 7 are formed in the reception hole, the cam portions 5 are disposed to be adjacent each other in an axial direction so as to hold the outer teeth 7a of the pinion shaft 7 therebetween, a lightened portion 52 cut out to form a space for accommodating the outer teeth 7a of the pinion shaft 7 is formed in mating surfaces of the cam portions 5, and a communication portion 50 that includes a first opening portion 50a formed in an inner wall 52a of the lightened portion 52 near the outer teeth 7a and a second opening portion 50b formed in an outer wall 52b opposite to the outer teeth 7a is formed in the lightened portion 52. |
