PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional data display device, three-dimensional data display method, and a three-dimensional data display program capable of controlling a data amount to an amount to be easily dealt when point group data obtained from a plurality of observation points are synthesized, and preventing display unevenness.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional data display device includes: a storage unit where point group data comprising three-dimensional vectors of positions where a laser beam radiated from an observation point is reflected are stored by each observation point; and a control unit described below. The control unit synthesizes point group data by linearly transforming three-dimensional vectors constituting the point group data referring to the reference coordinates assigned to an observation object and then merging the point group data of each observation point; and when the number of points defined by the three-dimensional vectors of the synthesized point group data, included in each of a plurality of meshes formed by dividing an observation space, is equal to or more than a threshold, the control unit subtracts three-dimensional vectors representing the points included in the mesh to synthesized point group data, and displays an image based on the synthesized point group data. |
