PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of eddy current and facilitate maintenance/replacement of each capacitor 4.SOLUTION: A capacitor device used for impedance matching of an induction heating apparatus or the like includes a first bus bar and a second bus bar which are laminated with an insulation plate 3 interposed therebetween, in which openings 11, 21 and seat portions 12, 22 are provided on each of the bus bars 1, 2 so as to be complementary to each other. The capacitor 4 at one side is attached so as to bridge a surface of the first bus bar 1 and the seat portion 22 of the second bus bar 22, and the capacitor 4 at the other side is attached so as to bridge a surface of the second bus bar 2 and the seat portion 12 of the first bus bar 12. A pair of terminal surfaces 43, 44 on a case bottom surface of the capacitor 4 are in contact with respective bus bars 1, 2 thereby being conductive.
