PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a repair and inspection period of a plurality of uniaxial type combined units installed in a combined cycle plant.SOLUTION: A plant building 100 comprises: a building body 150 provided with a roof 151 which covers a space above a plurality of uniaxial combined units 1 and is extended in an array direction Dr along which a plurality of uniaxial type combined units 1 are arranged; a first overhead crane 110 which is arranged in the building body 150 and has a girder 111 capable of traveling in the array direction Dr over a region including the space above respective gas turbines 30 of the plurality of uniaxial type combined units 1; and a second overhead crane 120 which is arranged in the building body 150 and has the girder 121 capable of traveling in the array direction Dr over the region including the space above respective steam turbines 70 of the plurality of the uniaxial combined units 1.
