PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data bus drive circuit with which it is possible to reduce power consumption without causing processing performance to decline, and a semiconductor device and a semiconductor storage device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, the data bus drive circuit comprises: an ECC compounding unit 112 for processing data Di1 and outputting data Da1; a logic inversion unit 114 for selecting, on the basis of a determination result signal r1, one of the data Da1 and inverted data in which the value of each of plurality of bits constituting the data Da1 is logic-inverted, and outputting the selected data to a data bus; and an inversion determination unit 113 for comparing the data Di1 and the data Dt1 outputted from the logic inversion unit 114, and outputting the determination result signal r1 on the basis of the result of the comparison. |
