PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fuse element which is available for a circuit of a higher voltage than the prior arts and can be produced at low cost, by stabilizing operation of the anti-fuse element in the case where a voltage equal to or higher than a fixed level is applied.SOLUTION: An anti-fuse element 1 includes: an insulative substrate 2; a pair of surface electrodes 3a and 3b formed in both end portions of a surface of the insulative substrate 2; and an anti-fuse coating 4 connecting the surface electrodes 3a and 3b. The anti-fuse coating 4 is formed by mixing a binder resin 41, a conductive particle 42 and an insulation coating conductive particle 44 including an insulation coat 43. The anti-fuse element 1 is capable of surely securing an insulation state or a high resistance state of the anti-fuse coating 4 at normal time and indicates a high resistance value even in a circuit to which a higher voltage than the prior arts is applied/. The anti-fuse coating 4 can be formed by screen printing. |
