The present invention relates to a high-strength steel sheet used for a construction material and for a means of transportation such as a vehicle, a train, etc. and, more specifically, relates to a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet, a galvanized steel sheet having excellent ductility, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high-strength steel sheet having excellent ductility comprises: 0.1-0.3 wt% of C; 0.1-2 wt% of Si; 0.005-1.5 wt% of Al; 1.5-3.0 wt% of Mn; 0.04 wt% or less of P; 0.015 wt% or less of S; 0.02 wt% or less of N; and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities.
