PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely generate pitch information on an acoustic signal having a wide range with small computational complexity.SOLUTION: A pitch information generation device 100 includes: a first envelope generation unit 30-1 which generates a first envelope attenuating from detection values corresponding to peaks K_p, K_n of an acoustic signal A[a] with a first variation degree R1 for a first range; a second envelope generation unit 30-2 which generates a second envelope attenuating from detection values corresponding to peaks K_p, K_n of the acoustic signal with a second variation degree R2 larger in variation degree per unit time than the first variation degree R1 for a second range including a range higher in frequency than the first range; and a pitch information specification unit 40 which specifies pitch information D[PA] on the basis of the first envelope and the second envelope.
