<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ride quality for occupants by effectively reducing noise in a cabin, to eliminate the waste of power by enhancing a heat insulating property, and to reduce assembling man-hours at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A panel-like base material 3 is disposed at the cabin interior side of a roof panel R of a vehicle V so as to face the cabin interior. A foam molding 9 is molded and disposed at the cabin exterior side of the base material 3 so that its shape on the cabin interior side is substantially equal to the shape on the cabin exterior side of the base material 3 and its shape on the cabin exterior side is substantially equal to the shape at the cabin interior side of the roof panel R. A routing member 20 is laid at the cabin exterior side of the foam molding 9.
