<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin for a sound absorbing material, the skin excellent in water repellency, masking properties and follow-up properties at the time of molding, and particularly suitable for protecting a bulky sound absorbing material. <P>SOLUTION: A skin for the sound absorbing material comprises a nonwoven fabric formed of melt-blown fibers and includes a pressure contact area by embossing of 7% or more. In addition, it is preferable that the melt-blown fiber is a fiber mainly composed from a polyamide component, that the melt-blown fiber has a diameter of more than 10μm, that the melt-blown fiber contains a non-halogen-based flame retardant, and that the melt-blown fiber contains pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
