Celadon clay pottery baked in a firewood kiln, a gas kiln and an electric kiln currently on the market is broken as soon as the pottery comes in contact with gas flames. The pottery is broken even with water. Celadon clay pottery baked in a charcoal kiln made by the present inventor is not broken with the gas flames and even without water for a long time and is 100% pure organic clay pottery through which food such as a sweet pumpkin, a sweet potato, an egg, meat, a tangerine, an apple, and the like can be is boiled without water. Because the present inventor had made pottery and given lectures since the 1980s and felt sorry that although students learned to make the pottery and made the pottery, the pottery becomes useless if there was no kiln, he/she planned to make a charcoal kiln beneficial to the human body when compared with a conventional kiln. The charcoal kiln was manufactured in 2000 such that the charcoal kiln is easily installed and used in any indoor places or in a city. The present inventor had learned that amazing celadon clay pottery baked in the charcoal kiln which he/she made was not broken when subjected to gas flames during various experimental conditions. Furthermore, food can be boiled without water, even for hours, and the pottery doesn′t break because a charcoal fire has a great effect of radiating a far infrared ray. The effect of the far infrared ray is applied to the inside of into the pottery in addition to an advantage of a firebrick. Also, it seems that the effect of the charcoal fire is shown at a height of about 100 cm to 120 cm so a kiln was manufactured at a height of 120 cm. It turned out that this has a scientific basis to be added as an effect of the charcoal kiln. |
