LUBRICATING DEVICE OF GEARING

摘要

FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: lubricating device of the gearing contains lubricant supplying element in form of impeller installed in the gearing housing on the shaft kinematically linked with the rotating gearing elements. The impeller is immersed by bottom part in the oil bath and has sector-shaped enclosure secured on the gearing housing fixedly relatively to rotating impeller. The sector-shaped enclosure is installed symmetrically relatively to the vertical, enclosing the entire bottom part of the impeller immersed in the oil bath. Horizontal opened top of the sector-shaped enclosure is located at height above the top level of the lubricating material of the oil bath. In bottom part of each side plane of the enclosure with abutment to the circumferential surface of the sector-shaped enclosure a filling hole is made symmetrical with vertical of the sector-shaped enclosure.EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the lubricating device.2 dwg
