The present invention provides a handrail fixating device of a ship, comprising: a clamp means configured to both receive and fixate an end of a scaffold (2) to adjust the installation angle in accordance with the inclination angle of the scaffold (2) when the scaffold (2) is inclined; a support rod (3) fixated to a portion of the clamp means; a holder means which is disposed on a portion of the support rod (3), and which receives a rope or a connecting rod (4); and an angle adjusting means interposed between the claim means and the support rod (3) to adjust the installation angle of the support rod (3) with regard to the claim means, wherein the angle adjusting means further includes an auxiliary support member comprising: a fixating link (29) fixated to be capable of rotating on a central axis (26); a support plate (30) formed to be extended toward a side of a rotary body (28) at an end of the fixating link (29) to closely support the rotary body (28); and an elastic spring (31) interposed between the fixating link (29) and an adjusting plate (25) to apply an elastic force for pressurizing the support plate (30) toward the side of the rotary body (28). |
