The present invention provides a searchlight rotated by a motion detecting sensor using a laser distance measurer which drastically enlarges a detecting area, and has a function for specifying a location where a motion exists and a function for specifying and indicating a location where a motion exists. The searchlight comprises a switch which outputs an electrical signal in connection with an operation of the switch for turning the motion detecting sensor on by using the laser distance measurer; the motion detecting sensor using the laser distance measurer which enables a control unit to output a motion detecting signal in an electrical signal; and a rotation angle adjusting unit which adjusts a rotation angle of a servo motor or the like. |
