The vane has cover and cover opening gear. The cover contains two pivotally connected and spring-loaded relatively each other parts and tie-rod hingedly connected with one of cover parts. The cover opening gear contains casing pivotally connected with the missile casing, spring-loaded rod installed in the casing with possibility of longitudinal movement, and pivotally connected with the rocker installed on the missile casing with possibility of rotation.
