FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of treating oil-containing particles, such as factory sludge, and can be used to deoil iron and steel industry wastes and other oil-contaminated wastes. A method of treating oil-containing particles, which includes feeding a treatment solution into a fed particle stream to form a treated suspension, where the treatment solution contains 20-70 wt % oil-based softening substance; 2-50 wt % softener; 5-25 wt % solubiliser; and 1-10 wt % binding agent; using a mechanical breaker on the treated suspension to reduce the mean particle size; using a magnetic separator on the treated suspension to form a solid iron stream and using a temperature separator on the solid iron stream to extract the hydrocarbon part and obtain an iron product stream.EFFECT: high efficiency of deoiling wastes and high iron content in the sludge.10 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
