The device has two rotor disks (3) arranged in a distanced manner and co-axial to each other in a rotor axis direction. A knife holder (6) is provided between the rotor disks, where a knife (7) is arranged on the holder in a detachable manner. The knife holder is detachably fixed at the rotor disks using a fixing screw (10) that is aligned transverse to a retainer (9), where the screw is accessible in a radial manner. The knife arranged on the holder partially covers the screw. The holder and the knife exhibit a breadth that corresponds to external distance between two adjacent rotor disks.
