ICE LOAD MEASUREMENT PANNEL FOR MEASUING ICE LOAD AND ICE LOAD MEASUREMENT DEVICE USING THE SAME

Disclosed are a local ice load measurement panel for measuring an ice load applied to an icebreaker and a local ice load measurement device using the same. The local ice load measurement panel device for measuring an ice load applied to the icebreaker comprises: the local ice load measurement panel (100) attached to the surface of an icebreaker′s underwater hull to measure the size and distribution diagram of an ice load applied to the ice breaker due to a collision between the icebreaker and ice floe; an ice load calculating unit (200) to calculate the size and the distribution diagram of the ice load measured from the local ice load measurement panel (100) according to the velocity of icebreaker′s movement and movement directions; and a display unit (300) to display the resulting value of the ice load calculating unit (200) to a user. Therefore, the present invention is capable of precisely measuring the ice load and distribution diagram of the ice floe colliding with the icebreaker through a load cell and a strain rate gauge installed inside the local ice load measurement panel device for measuring the ice load applied to the icebreaker. Moreover, the present device can be easily attached to or detached selectively from the underwater hull of the icebreaker by using the ice load measurement panel having an adhesive member included therein.
