The present invention relates to a grain syrup-producing device and a method for producing the grain syrup using the same. The method for producing the grain syrup comprises: a raw material preparing process (S1) to obtain soaked rice and soaked malt; an extracting process (S2) to obtain fermented liquid; a juice extraction process (S3) to extract the fermented liquid; a boiling down process (S4) to boil down the fermented liquid; a concentration process (S5) to obtain concentrated fermented liquid by concentrating the fermented liquid; and a cooling process (S6) to cool the concentrated fermented liquid.
