The invention discloses a design method of a lithium battery. For calculating actual performance parameters of the lithium battery, the method comprises the following steps of: A, establishing a performance data model between a first shape lithium battery and a second shape lithium battery under the same technical conditions, wherein the performance data model comprises a relationship between the actual performance parameters of the first shape lithium battery and the second shape lithium battery; B, acquiring the actual performance parameters of the first shape lithium battery; C, calculating the actual performance parameters of the second shape lithium battery according to the performance data model; and D, judging whether the second shape lithium battery meets a performance requirement according to the calculated actual performance parameters of the second shape lithium battery. By the invention, electrochemical performance tests and judgement on the lithium batteries of all new types in the process of design development of the lithium batteries can be avoided, a development period of a new material or a new product can be effectively shortened, and development cost is reduced. |
