PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device capable of restraining bubbling and blowing-off of a filling liquid, even when a sudden speed change is caused in carrying of a container, such as not only in filling time but also in starting time and stopping time of carrying the container, by adjusting- controlling an inclination and the insertion depth of a filling nozzle in a filling port, without requiring even rearrangement adjusted to a shape of the container.SOLUTION: A filling device comprises a carrying part 2 provided with a work area for a filling process of filling a filling liquid in a container B, a filling part 3 having a filling nozzle 29 for forming a discharge port of the filling liquid, a position adjustment part 4 having height adjustment means 4A for changing the relative positional relationship between the discharge port of the filling nozzle 29 and the container B in the vertical axial direction of the container B and angle adjustment means 4B for adjusting the discharge direction of the filling liquid in the optional direction to the vertical axial direction of the container B by inclining the filling nozzle 29 and a control part 5 for controlling driving of the carrying part 2, the filling part 3 and the position adjustment part 4. |
