The invention is used for separation of mechanical and chemical admixtures in liquids, which can be used in power industry, municipal engineering, chemical, food, mining branches of industry, etc. A device for separation of mechanical and chemical admixtures in liquids consists of a vertical enclosure, in which there are installed: a collector for supplying contaminated liquid with a layer filter material placed over it, a reagent collector mounted below the collector for supply of contaminated liquid, a converging gateway device located between the collectors, and an airlift for lifting filter material with a unit of its washing installed in the upper part of the enclosure with an element of separation of drain liquid from solids and a labyrinth channel. Below the reagent collector an ultrasonic generator is mounted, in the labyrinth channel of washing unit perpendicular to its axis one or several partitions with holes are mounted, the peripheral part of the converging gateway device is toothed, the element of separation of drain liquid from solids of the washing unit is made with a dome-shaped surface thus creating a closed cavity, with a lateral slotted surface, the collector for supply of contaminated liquid and reagent collector are made with slotted lateral dome-shaped surface without bottom. Technical result: the device for separation of mechanical and chemical admixtures in liquids by modification of its components of design provides for improvement of cleaning process of a filter material and improvement of the quality of liquid filtration. |
