A method of manufacturing a display panel includes a step of preparing a mother panel including a plurlaity of unit panels, a step of arranging a wheel unit on the mother panel, and a step of cutting the mother panel along a plurality of cutting lines extended along the boundary of the unit panels using the wheel unit. When cutting the mother panel along the cutting lines extended along the common boundary of the unit panels, a first substrate and a second substrate are cut by applying different pressures to the first substrate and the second substrate of the unit panels through the wheel unit.
