PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter that comprises a fertilizer applicator capable of efficiently performing discharge work of fertilizers remaining in the fertilizer applicator without a lifting seedling planter coming into contact with a lid of the fertilizer applicator in an open state.SOLUTION: A seedling planter 4 and a fertilizer applicator 5 are provided at the rear part of a traveling vehicle body 2. A work floor 35 on which an operator moves and a work tool is loaded is provided in the traveling vehicle body 2. An auxiliary handrail 70 on which the operator grips during work is provided at the rear part of the work floor 35. The lateral width of the auxiliary handrail 70 is configured to be wider than the lateral width of the fertilizer applicator 5. Restriction handrail members 70d, 70d for restricting the rotation of a lid member 60b of the fertilizer applicator 5 are provided in the auxiliary handrail 70, and the restriction handrail members 70d, 70d are provided on a machine body rear side as well as on both left and right sides of the auxiliary handrail 70.
