PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine for vehicle capable of capturing cooling oil discharged from rotor inner peripheral part and guiding the same to between the coil ends to enhance the cooling performance between the coil phases.SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine for vehicle includes: a stator having a core which is divided into plural parts and is disposed facing the outer peripheral surface of a rotor; a coil end which is formed protruding from the end face in an axial direction of the core, in which a coil is wound on the core; a power distribution component disposed at the outer peripheral side in a diameter direction of the core; and a cover for protecting the power distribution component. An inner peripheral part of the cover is disposed at the inner side than the outermost peripheral part of the coil end in a diameter direction and which has an inclined part inclined toward the coil end. |
