PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the predetermined safety ratio to buoyancy in a shield process, by applying a device to arrangement and operation of a counterweight carriage.SOLUTION: In construction of a shield tunnel, a lining body 3 is constructed by assembling a segment while digging by a shield machine 1, and in order to prevent floating-up by placing heavy objects 4 inside the lining body 3, counterweight carriages 9 mounted with counterweights are arranged in the lining body 3 between the shield machine 1 and a heavy object placement section where the heavy objects 4 are placed, the counterweight carriages 9 are advanced in response to digging of the shield machine 1, the counterweight carriages 9 are advanced in the lining body 3 between the shield machine 1 and the heavy object placement section, and the heavy objects 4 are placed in the rear of the counterweight carriages 9. The counterweight carriages 9 are arranged on the left and right sides of a segment carriage 2 mounted with the segment, respectively. The left and right counterweight carriages 9 are advanced independently of each other. |
