PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet which hardly causes separation, hardly causes peeling between a release film and an adhesive layer even after long-term storage and in which a release film can be easily peeled off and an adhesive layer after peeling the release film has excellent adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided a double-sided adhesive sheet 10 which comprises a heavy-to-release film 12, an adhesive layer 14 and a light-to-release film 16 in this order, wherein the temperature dependence of the relative dielectric constant of the adhesive layer 14 as determined by a temperature dependence evaluation test is 20% or less, the value of the variance component of the surface free energy of the heavy-to-release film 12 and the light-to-release film 16 is 11.0 to 13.0 mN/mm and the difference between the value of the variance component of the surface free energy of the heavy-to-release film 12 and the value of the variance component of the surface free energy of the light-to-release film 16 is 0.2 mN/mm or more. |
