PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel excellent in cavitation-erosion resistance, and to provide a fluid apparatus and a production method of a stainless steel.SOLUTION: There is provided a stainless steel including a base metal 2, and a covering material 3 formed on the surface of the base metal 2, in which the surface of the covering material 3 is oriented on a crystal plane having the maximum atomic density. Further, in the stainless steel, the covering material 3 is formed by using a 3D printer. In the 3D printer, stainless steel powder is melted by a heat source 4, and the molten stainless steel is cooled slowly and solidified to form a coating layer 31, and the covering material 3 is formed by laminating coating layers 31-35. |
