PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency during the pipework of indoor equipment.SOLUTION: Indoor equipment 1 includes: a heat exchanger 3; a back case 10 which holds the heat exchanger 3 and a refrigerant pipeline 4; and a frame body 5 which is attached to the back case 10 and stores the heat exchanger 3 and the refrigerant pipeline 4. The back case 10 includes: an upper back case 11; and a lower back case 12 which is detachably attached to the upper back case 11. The lower back case 12 includes: a lower surface 10U of the back case 10; and a lower side wall 10Sb which extends from an end part of the lower surface 10U to the upper part back case 11 side and forms a part of a side wall 10S of the back case 10.
